You can book most tours instantly on our website by choosing your date, filling in your details and completing secure online payment. If you prefer to book with a person, you can also contact our team by email or phone/WhatsApp and we’ll create the reservation and send you a payment link and confirmation voucher.
Each tour page lists “Included / Not Included” in detail. In general, our tours always include a licensed professional guide, transport as mentioned in the program, and the services of our local operations team. Some tours include lunch and entrance fees, while others do not, so please check the specific tour description before booking.
Cancellation terms depend on the type of tour (daily group, private, or multi-day package). The exact policy for your tour is shown on the tour page and again during checkout. After booking, you’ll also find it on your confirmation voucher. If you are not sure, you can always contact us and we’ll confirm the conditions for your dates.
Most city and cultural tours are suitable for all ages, including families with children. Some activities (such as hot-air balloon rides, skiing or adventure tours) may have minimum age or health requirements. These are mentioned on the relevant tour page. If you’re travelling with young children, seniors or anyone with limited mobility, please let us know so we can recommend the most comfortable options.
We recommend comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket or sun protection depending on the season, and a small day bag for water and personal items. For mosque visits, modest clothing is required (shoulders and knees covered; women should bring a scarf to cover their hair). For winter mountain tours, warm layers, gloves and a hat are essential.
