How can I book a tour?

You can send an enquiry directly from any tour page or from our contact form. Tell us your dates, how many people are travelling and which experiences you’re interested in.

One of our travel consultants will reply with a personalised proposal. When you’re happy with the itinerary and price, we’ll send you a secure payment link to confirm your reservation.

Each tour page has a clear “Inclusions / Exclusions” section, but as a general rule our prices cover private guiding, transportation according to the programme and any services listed as included.

For private tours, entrance tickets and meals are usually not included, so you only pay for the sites and restaurants you actually choose on the day. For some group tours and packages, tickets and lunches may be included – this will be clearly specified in the description.

Yes, custom itineraries are one of the things we enjoy most. You can use our suggested tours as a starting point and then tell us what to change – slower pace, special celebrations, specific hotels, dietary needs, mobility considerations, and so on.

We’ll adjust the route, choose the right guides and drivers and send you a tailored programme with a clear price before you decide.

Most of our tours work very well for families and older guests. Because many of our services are private, we can shorten walking sections, add extra breaks or arrange larger vehicles with easier access.

If you’re travelling with young children, we can also suggest the most family-friendly experiences (for example, shorter days, nature trips or activities by the water).

For Istanbul and many other cities, we offer hotel pick-up and drop-off from most central areas. If your accommodation is in a narrow street where vehicles cannot enter, we’ll agree on the closest easy meeting point.

For airport transfers and multi-day programmes, we’ll confirm all pick-up details and contact numbers in your final travel documents.

Once you approve your itinerary, we take payment through our secure online checkout using major credit or debit cards. In some cases we may ask for a deposit first, with the balance due closer to your travel dates.

Cancellation terms depend on the type of service (day tour, multi-day trip, domestic flights, balloon flights, etc.). We always share the exact conditions in writing before you pay, so you know until when you can cancel or change without heavy fees.

Most of our guides work in English, but we can also arrange guiding in other languages such as Spanish, French, German, Arabic and others on request.

If a specific language is very important for you, please mention it in your first message so we can check availability for your dates.

For high season (spring, early summer and autumn) and special experiences like hot-air balloon flights or private yachts, we recommend booking several weeks in advance, especially for weekends and holidays.

For simple day tours in Istanbul outside peak dates, we can often arrange something with shorter notice, but the earlier you contact us, the more choice we’ll have for guides, vehicles and hotels.
