What if I need to make changes to my booking?
If your plans change, contact us as soon as possible. Many services can be rescheduled or adjusted, but some hot deals have stricter rules (for example, flights or balloon rides). We’ll explain your options clearly before you decide.
Do you offer support during my trip?
Yes. Our Istanbul-based team is available by phone and WhatsApp while you’re travelling. If a flight time shifts, you get sick or you simply have a question, you can reach a real person who knows your itinerary.
Are your hot deals family-friendly?
Most offers work very well for families. We can advise which routes are best for children, arrange child seats in vehicles and adjust daily pacing so little legs don’t get too tired.
Can I customize a hot deal itinerary?
In many cases, yes. You can use a hot deal as a base and add extra nights, different hotels or additional tours. Any changes that affect costs will be updated in a clear revised quote before you confirm.
